Anyone ever done a Beef Boneless Shoulder Roast?

Was delivered today as part of my monthly meat share. Have never cooked it before but it's supposed to be leaner and tougher and beg for braising or roasting slow and low. Was thinking of maybe doing a slow and low smoke on it this weekend. Anyone have any experience cooking this cut on the BGE?

Perhaps @SGH has.  I bet it is one of his favorite things.
I would also bet he eats 2 for an appetizer.

I seem to recall him saying "I do not always eat beef boneless shoulder, but when I do, I prefer to have two."

potroast or low and slow, if low and slow wrap in foil at 185 internal with two tablespoons liquid and continue cooking til 210/215 internal for pulling. sounds high but thats where it pulls easily. if its a smaller piece find clayq's pulled beef recipe. ive only cooked pieces 8 pounds and up

In that case he may eat 12....
That size seems small. I was expecting to hear it was going to be at least 8-10 lbs.

Actually, search for pepper stout beef, I would think you could do a variation of that cook with that cut of beef.  ...  Just a thought.
