Where do you buy butcher string/netting?

I'd like to purchase some butcher string, and maybe even more importantly some of the netting that you find covering your roasts in your supermarket, but I don't know where to go to find it. I looked at my local grocer recently, and they had none. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Try amazon for the net. Kite string for tying. @SGH uses edible thread...but won't share. He's stingy like that.
