That looks amazing Hap. Very nicely done.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

I marinate flank or fajita steak overnight with EVO, fresh lime juice and cumin.
Try next time with spinach, romaine and tomatoes along w. guac and salsa. I sometimes pick up cheese dip w/ jalepeno from the mexican joint nearby.

@hapster - Question if I may. How did you like the stripped flank on the tacos compared to other meats? I ask because I really like it but it seems that many prefer the more traditional type cut and style over flank.
