First crack at beef ribs

My first attempt at beef ribs. The photo doesn't do em justice, tasted better than they looked. Rubbed w/ salt, pepper, & onion and garlic powders. Cooked 5 hours @ 230 with oak and hickory. Smoked for 2 hours and then covered and braised the rest of the time in cola and more rub. Falling of the bone goodness! Also, first cook with my new kick ash basket. <br>
