Mini (Max) Trip To GA

All set to go. 


Up early to hit the fields to get our Blueberry picking on.


Bees they had brought in for pollinating. 


Picking berries wears a fella out. 


We ended up with around 9+ gallons of berries plus probably an additional 1/2  gallon in my belly.  


We did some plinking while the MM got up to temp. 


Prepping steak and used Holy Cow rub for the first time. 


Searing one of em up getting a crust. Apologies but, no plated shots.

Dang. Those berries and steaks look good. I just bought the Pelican 65 and love it. May get a smaller one like yours too.

nice steak the high bush blue berries are a lot easier to pick then the low bush berries up here in the great whit north

@RRP picking fresh didn't end up with Papa Smurf fingers. I'm guessing only if the berries were overripe would that happen.

@johnkitchens LoL Actually they're 153 mi away. Their farm/home is right on the edge of Broxton & Denton out in the middle of nowhere. When we arrived my 4G LTE began mocking me.    But, truthfully it was nice to be 100% unplugged.
