Curious, have ever tried without parchment paper? I never use parchment and I've never had one stick. I assemble my pizza on a wood peel that I lightly coat with flour. I just give it a shake every once and a while to make sure it's not trying to stick. I don't do anything to my pizza stone except heat it up.Doc_Eggerton said:

I find using flour or corn meal added a scorched flavor. Parchment paper is nice an easy.
