So I live in Columbia, SC.
I am looking for a gift for a buddy and thinking a sign for his man cave would be good.
Just something to hang on the wall. If close by I will come pick up; otherwise I would cover shipping in addition to paying you to make it.
Nothing too big. Open to suggestions. Maybe 4x1 or something?
Anyone on here have the skills for this? Or know someone who does and would be interested in a side gig?
He has a degree in history and a focus/interest on Civil War. So ideally have that incorporated.
No idea market value on this but $75-100?

My wife is an artist and former art teacher. We live in NE Columbia. What is your timing? Our daughter is getting married next month......so she (we) are quite busy at the present. Let me know if you would like to connect. She could certainly understand your need, show you her work..... and talk timeline if interested. Just not sure she could deliver before July.Ellijay GA with a Medium & MiniMax

Sounds like a nice idea, and it was good of you to bring it to the forum. I'd like to see what you end up with.

@nolaegghead - a boat resoration now? Thought you were restoring a car? Someday we are going to have to hang out, lol.
@FanOfFanboys - It sounds like you have some good folks stepping up, but if something doesn't work out and you're in a pinch, let me know and I'll try and help. I didn't offer initially as my daughter is having some medical issues, and there's no way I could commit to a time frame (i'm a single dad).
Anther idea for you... You said wood, but a plasma cut metal sign would also be cool idea for a man cave.Phoenix -
Yeah made the "mega-peel".
@blasting building a steam-punk motorcycle. Been a work in progress for a while. Finished up fixing a truck I bought. Broken intake valve. I use that to tow the boat.______________________________________________I love lamp.. -

Bought a 1986 Wellcraft 250 Sportsman with 2 1994 counter-rotating Yamaha 2-stroke 200hp engines. One engine just rebuilt. Hydraulics just rebuilt including steering. Boat needs some work, mechanically fine. Electrical - needs rewiring. Taking it out for the first time on Sat.
