Had to prepare a quick dinner tonight to dodge the torrential downpours. I sautéed some crimini mushrooms using the medium egg ring and wok from CGS. I used the TEC gasser for the bacon wrapped filets (blasphemy I know!). Not too shabby for a 20 minute cook start to finish though.
