I want to make some ribs soon and will probably just do pineapple head and pineapple chunks when I foil them. They came out great like this.
I was thinking about Chinese restaurant style ribs - the ones that are usually red. Any decent recipes for them? Are thye just cooked with some Asian style sauce on them?

The website the Woks of Life has several recipes. Those ribs aren't usually smoked, though you certainly could try it. One problem is many of the recipes have a fair amount of sugar, meaning they might burn during a long cook.*******Owner of a large and a beloved mini in Philadelphia

Here is another article I ran across for ribs. Good luck! I would love to try this.

Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
Our favourite uses Cazzy's wing sauce on Asian cut ribs. Do the marinade just like you were doing ribs, baste after the first hour and then every 1/2 hour after that. As they are cooked indirect, there is no burning, just the right amount of char....Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!
