@ryantt when I grill lobster I par boil first, usually 5-6 minutes depending on size, followed by cold water to stop the cooking; cut down middle (from top); then I grill raised direct and just go by the texture not time, guessing maybe 10 minutes. Grilling lobster is very common in Mexico and Caribbean especially with the local warm water lobsters,mi really like the flavor.LBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.

Listen brother. I know that I'm sort of known for using the phrase: "is one of my favorites". With that said, lobster is my all time favorite. This cook is spectacular. Phenomenal to say the least. Allow me sir:
