peer pressure is rough around here. I keep seeing these steaks tonight. Wifes working so I was gonna eat leftovers. All the steak threads got to me. Had a 6lb ribeye I was gonna reverse sear tomorrow. Now I have a fire getting hot and a 5lb ribeye for tomorrow.

Well apparently the next week is pretty booked with wife working and ballgames so guess I'll just whittle the ribeye down each night. damn I hate that, too. Whats funny is I also have two t-bones in the frig that have to be cooked. They are a couple leftover from my cow I had slaughtered. With the marbling they look like prime grade.
