in Beef
i have an iPhone and sometimes when I'm at the store I want to search the forum for recipes/ingredients I've seen but on the mobile site there is no search option I have seen. There is an option for "full site" but it doesn't work. Any recommendations besides actually planning ahead for what I need.

    For access to the full site from an iPhone, including search, go to the forum, tap on the address bar at the top, then swipe down. This reveals "Request Desktop Site". Select that and have at it. 

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

    Like the others said, I google "BGE forum" and whatever other search term applies and the results pop right up.

    Click request desktop. Not full site at the bottom that does nothing.

    Yes sir. I have a iPhone 5s. I'm missing something somewhere. When I'm on the forum and tap the address bar and swipe down, my notifications come up. Any advice or directions?

    Search like this in Google:

    How to search site:eggheadforum.com

    This will only yield searches on this url and just replace "How to search" with whatever you're looking for.
    Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

    I'm not sure which I was running. That said, I have my phone downloading iOS 8.3 as we speak. Jumped over to my iPad. Will give the phone a try when it completes the down load. Says 11 minutes remaining.

    If you are already on a desktop site and NOT on the mobile site, you will not see that option.
