    The ribs look great to me brother chili. I'm a huge fan of beef ribs myself. If you ever want to try a different flavor profile on them, try cooking them raised direct. Gives them a more steak like taste. It's actually one of my favorite ways to cook them. Please know that when I say cook them raised direct that I'm referencing back ribs only. Here is some that I experimented with raised direct over oak in the vertical on the back of unit #6.

    @SGH those are some fine looking ribs. I'll have to give that a shot. Would raised direct at 250 do the trick or should I go for a higher temp?
