I'm sorry I grossed some of you out. :-) was not my intention. Just wanted to find out what it was. For some reason it did not turn me off brisket...just now I will double check all my Briskets to make sure!

no worries - that thing is nasty, but glad to know to watch out for them.  grossed-out is a temporary status.
