Sunday with TnJed: "That'll do Pig, that'll do"

Spent all day working with our friend Mr. Pig.

Sausage and biscuits to start the day.


Picnic on at 9am (275 for 9 hrs. Rub and some Apple Cider Vinegar spritzing)


Marinating some wings


Picnic and some salmon I made for a sandwich



Then I got the Ribs ready...

Good amount of bbq for 14 bucks.


I've decided, that I could spend the rest of my life, cookin on the Egg an sippin beer, and be happy for the rest of my days.

Yep. I tried to find the coolest part and kept it there. Also brought the fire up slow. Didn't have any big issues. Kept it spritzed with apple cider vinegar too.
