Didn't get to egg this busy weekend. Took HuskerMaMa to JIA for her trip to Denver (already miss her terribly). Cleaned out my work van (looked like a CAT5 hit it twice on the inside). Went to see our Son and ordered some eggs over medium, bacon and a pecan pancake. I had to laugh because he was training a new cook and as she was plating it he was like....No No No like this...see? Made me smile proud. Cracked me up and he's doing great.

@DMW Thanks. We always say if it's worth doing its worth doing it right the first time. And do it like you'd do it at your house or for yourself. I really hope he succeeds in all that he does. He starts Chef school soon as he just received all his letters of recommendation and he is still pursuing his BA in business (his Associates will be complete this fall). He's a busy guy with full-time school and almost full-time work. I'd love to go into business with him. We'll see...time will tell. And ultimately I want him to do what makes him happy.LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL

Nice, looking good.. great to instill work ethic like that!
I'll take some cheese grits with 2 eggs over medium. .. hard to find grits in a diner here. -
Over medium eggs are the best. When does he get turned loose on the egg? I hope your not waiting until he finishes chef school.Steven

That's awesome. I used to be in the restaurant business, and I loved it when my parents showed up.
