First Cook Post - thanks henapple and SGH - stuffed chicken breasts

SGH chicken breasts stuffed with cream cheese, bacon, spinach - then rolled in bacon.  Cooked indirect (on a weber - sorry) at about 375.  Then sauced the plate with henapple's sauce recipe.  Garnished with fresh avocado.  I'm happy with it.

Thanks for the kind words everyone.  It was an incredibly simple cook - I doubt I'll be doing just plain breasts again.  

Only change would be next time I'd add more spinach.  That creamy spinach was delish.
