Dizzy Wings

Old School Dizzy Wings. We don't need no stinking corn starch  
Marinated a few hours with olive oil, cider vinegar, and Dizzy Pig. Half of them with Raging River, half with Tsunami Spin. Raised grid direct on the Medium, 300ish for an hour or so, turning as needed. Not crispy like fried, but damn good wings.

    Yes please. I haven't made wings since the super bowl. I see that changing soon.

    Looks great. I haven't tried Raging River on wings, but use it on spatchcock chickens all the time. Tsunami Spin on wings is one of my favorites.
