sirloin kabobs ideas anyone

I just bought some sirloin kabobs from publix thinking about egg temp 400 450 what you all think rub em up with cow lick from dizzy pig do some bacon wrapped asparagus for sides?  just wondering thanks

    Sounds good. Another option is to marinade with soy, olive oil, pepper and fresh garlic. Marinate 30 minutes and grill hot an fast.

    Due to time restraints I sometimes buy the premade kabobs myself from Piggly Wiggly or Winn Dixie. I like to marinate them in Stubbs beef marinade (this can be purchased at the 2 named stores). If time allows I will give them a 2 hour soak in the Stubbs. I like to cook them on my mini at 450 degrees direct. The bacon wrapped asparagus is a great compliment to the kabobs. I like to melt Queso cheese to dip them in. Bacon and cheese makes everything better.

    I go 450 to 500 at the fire ring. They 500-550 elevated.
