Pork butt by TnJed
This was a 4lb bone in butt. I put a salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, onion rub on it. Spritzed it with some hot sauce and water a couple times, and wrapped it up 4 hours in. Total cook time was just over 7.5 hours at 275ish. Grill got hot at first, and it was hard to calm it down.
This came out great! Didn't sauce it. Just a splash out Louisiana and some pickle.
