OT - Steak Eating Record

Yesterday we stopped for lunch at the "Big Texan Steak Ranch" in Amarillo, Texas. If you're not familiar with it, they offer a 72oz steak dinner. If you can eat it all in under one hour, then it's free. If you can't eat it all, then it's a $72 meal.
While we were there a gentleman who looked to weigh 275 to 300 pounds finished off the 72 oz steak meal (oh yes, it's a full meal ... 72 oz steak, baked potato, side salad, shrimp cocktail, dinner roll, and a drink) in 43 minutes. I was impressed, even if he did look a little green around the gills.
Then last night this write-up appeared on my iPad ... http://www.cnn.com/2015/04/20/living/steak-eating-contest-molly-schuyler-feat/index.html
If you can't get to the video the jest of it is that on Sunday a 124 pound, 35 year old, mother of four set a new record at the Steak Ranch's annual contest. She ate three (3) whole meals ... 13.5 pounds of steak, three baked potatoes, three side salads, three shrimp cocktails, three dinner rolls and three drinks in 20 minutes. Now there's a woman who could give @SGH a real challenge.

That's awesome. My kind of people right there. Real heavyweight eaters. They have my respect.
Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.
Status- Standing by.
The greatest barrier against all wisdom, the stronghold against knowledge itself, is the single thought, in ones mind, that they already have it all figured out. -
Impressive, but not surprising since she's a professional eater.Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

What makes the the women's feat so impressive is her body weight. A lightweight by body size but a heavyweight by appetite. My kind of woman. I don't even know her but I like her for sure.

If I read that correctly she ate THREE 72 of steaks and competed against teams of two and still won.

Hey @cazzy ... yep she is a professional eater ... but then, @SGH has to be considered, at a minimum, a semi-pro eater ... yes?
Maybe you had to see the cook hold up a 72oz steak to get your awe level tweaked. And three of those steaks ... wow. That's a rather large full packer brisket in the raw. And, don't forget the incidentals.
