I Tried Enrico's Pizza Dough

I've been cooking pizza on the Egg for years and tried maybe 6 or more dough recipes.  I haven't found one yet that was easy to hand toss and met my taste expectations.  I made Enrico's recipe last night and let it set in the fridge 24 hours.  The dough was easy to toss and tasted good.  I halved the recipe to make two 13" pies.  I added more flour than the recipe called for.  Not sure if the amount was wrong or I messed up the conversion.  Here's the link to the recipe.
