Big Green Egg at the ACM Awards

Options
We got the coolest opportunity to cook for the talent Friday and Saturday at the ACM Awards. We feed these country stars brisket, pulled pork and sausage. We also cooked up some killer pork belly and dropped it off at the bar after everyone was nice and toasty.

We showed off 2 new Big Green Egg sauces in the process; Zesty Mustard & Honey and Carolina Style Bold and Tangy. They taste amazing BTW!

After a long 2 days we decided to skip the show Sunday evening and go home to enjoy a relaxing meal fit for for a king while watching it on TV. 

Prime, bone-in ribeye (with Meat Church Holy Cow of course) topped with blue cheese crumbles. Washed down with a fantastic Pinot.
