Nice looking plate. How did you season?  Just the thyme and peppers/onions?  Looks great.

Wow. Looks beyond awesome.  How did it eat?  Never tried the technique. Now I'm dying to.

If the pic had a fork, I'd give it a perfect 10. Nah -- it gets the 10 anyway.

    Man, that's beautiful!!

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Thanks @Mattman3969 @HendersonTRKing @Carolina Q , @theyolksonyou and @NCEggSmoker it was delicious. The method requires little to no seasoning and the flavors meld together nicely. I did have a little hint of smoke that was nice too. It will be repeated. The best thing is no recipe. Just use what you have on hand.

Yeah I agree. These packets, pizzas, calzones, stir fry. All great options for finishing off stuff in fridge. This was lemon, garlic, onion, orange bell, grape tom, and thyme.

Looks incredible!  I'd like to try this. Did you use parchment for packets? I hate asking time and temp but enquiring minds want to know.
