Fresh ground chuck burgers w/saute onions, cheese, and bacon

Ground some chuck Saturday for stuffed peppers for one meal and burgers for the next.  Tonight was the burgers.  Simple salt and pepper on the burgers.  Cooked around 400° raised, then finished on the CI griddle with some bacon and onions.  

Burger consisted of: 

Toasted onion roll
Mayo
Ketchup
Mustard
Burger
Cheese
Onion
Bacon

Had a salad along with it and all was pretty tasty.  The burgers were huge.  I made two for myself, but only ate one.  Sorry @SGH.  

1 - The start of the cook.  I use the spider upside to raise the grid up some.

3 - These onions were Dy-na-mite!  




4 - Buns getting love from the grease from bacon, burger, and onions.
