    That does it. I'm moving to Colorado Springs!! Awesome looking grub. I'm not one to normally pay any attention at all to vegetables and such, but those spuds look spectacular. Solid cook all the way around. 

    Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    A piece of lamb leg, rubbed with a mint based rub. Smoked with olive wood.  Smoked Provola cheese on top the asparagus.
