Easter turkey for the family.

12lb turkey brining in buttermilk currently. Tested out Wicked Good lump today also bought today(weekend warrior). Planning on smoking with applewood for half the cook, then 350 to 165 breast. 
The Wicked Good lump is suck a pleasure to work with. Started up great and burned consistently hot. Pictures to come tomorrow.
