Kicking back

Just finished cleaning up after cooking all morning. 
Started the morning making some  "Sweet heat"  bbq sauce.  Then made some dough for some empanadas. Next was the ground beef  filling. Then rolled the dough and filled them and on to the egg. 400 for 20 minutes.
Served up with some avocado and roasted tomatillo salsa that I also made today. 
Now kicking back with a cold drink.
