Sorta OT - New Restaurant

Walked past a new place on Ogden's historic 25th Street tonight, and perused the menu in the window.  Extremely eclectic fare for white-bread Utard, things like Wagyu Beef waffles, and rabbit ravioli.  But the dish that really caught my eye was Himalayan Yak Tartare; that's one I've never seen nor ever heard of.  Anxious to try it out sometime!

Thanks, I didn't understand Shiff's comment until I realized yesterday's date.  
BUT, I coulda swore I saw rabbit... something on the menu, and the waffles too.  Too many brain cell casualties, I guess...
