White trash burger. Double meat double cheese burger with fried bologna. Topped with Dr Pepper glaze, fungyuns lettuce tomato. Served with deep fried pierogies. And washed down with a bud ice 40.

I cooked at a friend's house. He had a WrestleMania viewing party. So that's where the white trash theme came from. My friends family are from Pittsburgh. That's where the  pierogies came in. The Dr Pepper glaze was a hit. First time making it . spiced it with  cayenne, salt,  pepper and cooked it down to almost syrup.  It would be awesome on some dry rubbed ribs.

They are basically ravioli stuffed with mashed potatoes and cheese.
