    I didn't know he stole pictures, but his book How to Grill with pictures of every step got me into cooking BBQ and cooking in general in college. Loved every recipe in book, I tried most.  I have his BBQ USA book that has good stories and some book marked recipes.

    Aren't penalties something like $17,000 per pic?   ( I read that eons ago).

    I realize this thread was posted long ago, but still a slimey thing to do.  Could it have happened without Raichlen knowing about it

    Props to Mr. Raichlen for his maple syrup and butter glazed bbqu turkey breast. It was divine. I did swap his spices for dizzy pig Mole, Tony Chachere’s Creole, and brown sugar. Could not have been better. Told the neighbors it was Chechen ‘Ole rub, they bought it.
