were planning on ramen with home made bacon, instead swmbo found this at an Asian market this morning

Simply awesome. Have you tried the eggs in the Trés Booblay? I’ve had a couple like that when I SV overcooked some soft boilers. Never tried to repeat, thanks for the shoyu-tamago link!Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!

We tried three times to get one last week, it didn't take @caliking long to score one though? You have to be at an Asian market at the right time!
@skiddymarker - I tried sous vide at 160'ish once but they were almost impossible to peel even after dunking in ice water, any tips? When we do sv 146 we crack like raw eggs.
