Sad day as its the last package of wild caught by the FIL that he brought back from Alaska. Rubbed them down with EVOO then dusted with Raging River Dizzy Pig and onto a direct 400 degree raised grid egg for about 15 minutes until fish was 140. Let it rest for a coupe minutes then peeled off the skin and plated with stir fry veggies and brown rice.
