Laid back Saturday night at the Meat Church compound

It's tough to beat a Texas 1/2 chicken with Honey Hog Hot and some Season All-ed potatoes cooked with bacon in bacon grease.

I like work the skin back and season the actual meat. Man this was tasty!

Yes I cook them in the pan the entire time. That's butter. Butter makes all things grilling better.  

The Shiner was 100$ reserved for the cook. 

Indirect @ 250, pecan chunks and a little cherry. Ballpark 1 1/2 hours. I'm bad about remembering to time.
