Scottie thinks that 3 pound ribeye looks like a pretty good amuse bouche. Looks delicious, I would hit that.

Yeah a good ribeye is hard to beat. Wife would have preferred a little more done so I ate the bloody middle section. Then I ate one of the end pieces. Then some of her scraps. Now I'm miserable like a beached whale wondering how I'm gonna stay up and watch my razorbacks play wofford.

I know the feeling. About to cook a late dinner. Fresh redfish and asparagus. SWMBO had a terrible day at work, took her two hours to get away from her patients.

The boys ate two of the sausages. The rest went in ziploc to be made into school lunches tomorrow. We ate pretty late. I wasnt that busy but was overwhelmed with stupid people. I came home, lit an egg, rubbed my meat, and drank a beer.

Yeah it was kind of a hybrid steak-prime rib. Wasnt quite big enough to get a slow smoke and crusty bark but I wouldn't throw it out to the dogs.
