We're a huge food city, although BBQ doesn't account for as big a percentage of the menu as Texas, Kansas or some of the other BBQ strongholds.   So you can get just about anything here for a decent price.  I still think TX, esp HEB has the best food prices anywhere.  But I have some secret shopping areas where I can even best their prices/quality.  Like Hong Kong market or outdoor seafood markets.   if you like seafood, it's hard to beat us.

has anyone ever pulled the trigger and got the high end waygu brisket from snake river farms? If so, was it really worth the cost?
I just did a Waygu Gold from SRF. It's the best 240 bucks you will ever spend.

They are both par excellent without question. But yeah, I give the nod to the gold. My wife flipped out when she tried it. As with all things, if money is not a limiting factor then the Gold is the way to go. It's marbling is beyond belief.
