Brisket per person

I'm going to be doing a big brisket cook for about 80 people. How much pre-cooked brisket would you suggest per person?  I can get packers from a local meat packer and have access to two large eggs, assuming I can get 3 per egg (one raised) is perhaps a bit ambitious but I think doable. Would you plan for a half pound per person?  A pound?  I assume not everyone is gonna eat as much as others, some will eat more.
Thanks.

A lot has to depend on what else you are serving....other mains, side etc- I always use 1/2 LB per person for a main--I think that is a good sweet spot, some are heavy hitters, some aren't...would not hurt to go more if you have the means and the room---Us Armenians always cook too much
