That's funny that you post that now, I just got done reliving the glory that was the Cowboy cheap purchase thread. Hope I'm not the one you want to block and if I am so be it.

I don't think there is a way to block, but I could be wrong.

I poked around, can't seem to find a way... searched for "block a member" and this thread came up, some salt block threads, and an old rivalry "he said she said" thread from 2010 came up where a mod got involved.

If it's about your troll count, I see the troll function is gone. You can send an email with copies of the offending messages to BGE. I can private message you his email address.

Forum 101 lesson learned, thanks yolks! I thought that button was, like my email, to flag a comment to make it easier to find later.

Being a prick on the internet because you can. Typically unleashing one or more cynical or sarcastic remarks on an innocent by-stander, because it's the internet and, hey, you can.

The art of deliberately, cleverly, and secretly pissing people off, usually via theinternet, using dialogue. Trolling does not mean just making rude remarks: Shouting swear words at someone doesn't count as trolling; it's just flaming, and isn't funny. Spam isn't trolling either; it pisses people off, but it's lame.

The most essential part of trolling is convincing your victim that either a) truly believe in what you are saying, no matter how outrageous, or b) give your victim malicious instructions, under the guise of help.
Trolling requires decieving; any trolling that doesn't involve decieving someone isn't trolling at all; it's just stupid. As such, your victim must not know that you are trolling; if he does, you are an unsuccesful troll.

"Social media gives legions of idiots the right to speak when they once only spoke at a bar after a glass of wine, without harming the community [...] but now they have the same right to speak as a Nobel Prize winner. It's the invasion of the idiots."

The art of trolling is more like fishing than troll under bridge.

@rsterman see @Ironegg140.6 for a solid example of a troll.

The old reviving dead threads with seemingly legit questions trick.  He did pretty good, but bumped to many dead threads.

I suppose my basic posture on the forum is to be lurking to find pertinent info relevant to my egging needs......there are probably more of us than you realize......this is a very important resource for all Eggers ......I actually desire to post pictures of my cooks @ some point...... i just haven't gotten there yet...........but I will.....

iit is irksome that some people exist solely to be a pimple on the ass of society .......a real shame they can't find anything worthwhile to do with their allotted time.....
