Baby back ribs - Its whats for dinner

Options
Just finished tearing through a rack of ribs, but I did remember to get a couple pictures first.

Indirect at 250 for 2 1/2 hours, foiled with Reds Apple Ale for 1 hour, and then basted with Williamson Bros BBQ sauce and put back on direct heat for 45 min.

Enjoy. I now return to my food coma.



80 degrees and Sunny. Can't beat hanging out with the egg.
