Trying out a new American Wagyu resource here tonight, Thompson River Ranch. Owner just purchased an Egg do smoke briskets on at her California farm. Looks promising.

Good stuff, they (TRR) are coming out the sear up a cooler of these babies at the Eggfest. Yes, they ship. We went to help set up Egg and get a brisket cook going for the owner just this week We slammed a 21lb brisket on her new Large BGE. What a beast.

That's a great uniform brisket cut to enable fitting on a LBGE. Great eats await.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
