My daughter called and ask for Ribeyes for supper. I say sure.  Going reverse sear to INTIMIDATE the boy friend.   Got em seasoned with SPOG 


The 2 medium well are on now and will put the medium rare on in a few

    If its your first time meeting the BF you need a bullet and a sharpie permanent marker.  When you get his name use your sharpie and write his name on the bullet and tell him this one's for you if you mess up and place the bullet  on your mantle for the BF's viewing pleasure. LOL

    According to my daughter u this may be the ONE..  I kinda like him too. He did help with the cook. I put him in charge of the garlic and shrooms on the side burner of the gasser. I had better flames than what I got pics of but he did ask if I liked playing with fire.  

    And a not so clean plating of a Ribeye, green beans and broccoli casserole

    Great looking meal Matt!  Hopefully you succeeded in intimidating the boy.  When my little girl gets that age (lord I hope in 30 yrs), I was going to toss him a shotgun shell.  Then tell him if he does something to my little girl the next one is coming faster than that.

    I met my daughters boyfriend 2 weeks ago.  Didn't have to get too cray as he is the first one.  3 daughters and 1 boy...lots of good times ahead for me!
