Redneck hot tub 2 ribeyes. Pulled at 110 degrees. 


Seared on a ci platter till 135. Went over my mark...blame Woodford.  My son always ask for the steak with the crust. Butter, flip, butter, flip...

Everyone seems to love ribeyes. Yours looks great! I have given up on them. Mine are always tough and tasteless. Much better luck with NY strips.

Company, Woodford, basketball in the mancave. I know it's blasphemous but I haven't cooked steaks on the egg in a while...maybe to sear. They're unbelievable and I'll blame @cazzy‌.
