Today should be a holiday.  Had to get up 2hrs early than usual.  Where is my coffee.

I think I remember reading that the Monday following the super bowl is the least productive day of the year.

@DoubleEgger @The_Stache The guy in the back stuck a XHot wing in my medium basket yesterday. I pushed through but I think I have made a grave tactical error as of this morning.

Oh Lord! Prince’s X Hot is for real. I bet you are crapping a fire ant bed this morning.

Parents called Time of Death on their marriage earlier this month. Somehow all the family **** is ending up in my garage.

However. I wish I could post the highlights of the book that apparently taught me about the vulva.

I foresee this book coming out at Butt Blast
Has that version been updated to include the Wenis and the Wagina?

Technically, they are resting on the guitar.  I watched the video many times to confirm this observation.

I always heard that the first two days of March Madness were the least productive non-holidays that occurred every year.  I think that every year  covers issues like this year where Xmas eve is a Monday, so that will be an amazingly useless day.

I think we should have a 24hr work week.  Tues, Wed, Thur, except those in service industries.  They should be 24/7.

Have any that were dry? That is what occurred with many in my first batch. My modified method pretty much eliminated any dry/tough pieces so far.

Yes, a good mix of both as I purposely didn’t cut them uniform size. I’m a bark fiend, so I was very happy with the darker, chewier bits.
    Love you bro!

But, we were running late, so another 30 min in the bath and less of the glazing sauce in the pan would’ve beeen good.
    Love you bro!

Glad it worked out well for you.

@bgebrent no - I posted my modified method in this thread yesterday sometime around noon maybe?

    In short -
    1) shortened the first step,
    2) lengthened the braise,
    3) then took out of pan and went indirect for about 15 mins to firm them up a hair
    4) tossed in the glaze and back in the pan as normal.

Those little changes had a large impact on my results.

All of her covers are good.  She has like 40 of them.  The audio on Google Play isn't as good as youtube.  Its like it was double compressed which is a shame.

Leftovers are nice after a busy day. Leftover brisket and baked beans. I vacuum sealed the point. I pulled some mexican meatballs out of the freezer for tomorrow. I may not cook much this week but I’ll be well fed.

@SciAggie - Vacuumed the point...Whoa right there.  I figured you for a point inhaler and then deal with the remainder.  Point- the best part of a the brisket sacrifice.  But I'm not from or live in Texas so maybe I'm totally confused.  =)
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

You’re not wrong. I’m saving it for my children. I did have a bit. The point is the best part for sure.

Found my dream home.  2800 sq. ft house with a detached full air conditioned 2400 sq. ft garage.  Kids and I stay in the garage and wife gets a perfect house with decorative towels, pillows, rugs, etc that nobody can touch or even go near.

I can use all the towels, pillows, and kids can eat in front of the T.V. in the garage
