You know, he is not bitter........
Carrying around that trophy might hurt your back, no need to split wood. You get enough of a workout carrying the winners bling. We got this.I want to get some wood and was looking on craiglist which has in the size of a rick, which is way more than I need ad will be looking to others to split up with. I have never bought wood in a rick size. Would that work for smoking? I assume it would work. What are your thoughts? Are there any issues that I should be aware of? I've read that the wood should be seasoned or dried out. Another concern is that most chunks are approximately 16 inches long? I have 4 people in my neighborhood that have eggs and would probably be interested. I see u live in Louisville which is the reason that I replied to your post. I live in crestwood. I'd be happy to have yo u join in on the rick of wood if you like. feel free to text or call me at 502 608 6960 or email me at jamespt@aol.com. This is the first time I posted in this site so I'm not sure how well I will be on retrieving messages on this forum.

My wife called me yesterday from a yard sale. Says she found one of the little Webers, and it's green, do I want it for $10. Yes...
Firing it up for a clean burn. It was a little grody inside.

@DMW - you are gonna need to buy the next door neighbor's place just to have room for all your outdoor toys. Good deal-but could use a paint jobLouisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Put a brisket on this morning to portion, freeze and send to college with my boys. Brown juice made me postpone the start until this morning, I'll be taking this one off late. Power washing deck and new belt for mower so I can knock back some of my yard jungle are on tap today.Love you bro!

Grilled these last night, 1 lb cap steaks. I unrolled them to cook one flat but each was two smaller pieces, so I re-rolled and cooked intact. Beautiful meat. Pulled at 110, ran the egg up to 600ish and seared down in the CI grid on the woo. I'm a fan now.

On a hunch, I started using different brands of gasoline, and sure enough, the gas from my preferred station had some additive that locked up the sensor. The Saab dealership was very relieved to learn this, they were going broke replacing fuel sensors under warrantee.___________"When small men begin to cast big shadows, it means that the sun is about to set."

Decided since it was hot, I should cook something. Banked the coals, a small chunk of pecan, and it's tube steaks for lunch.
