I just built a prototype  -  I'm gonna call it "The Wing Ring".  No doubt this meticulously designed invention will be sold in every Walmart and box store nationwide - resulting in Bill Gates type money.   Of course I will spread all this newfound wealth around to all my BGE forum friends. 

Or, it may be another hunk of metal on my scrap pile.  Will test it tomorrow.

I am curious on two things, first what can be used as a substitute, in this dish, for cilantro? I would love to make this for My Beautiful Wife, but that ingredient is not a texture or flavor the princess prefers. I am also curious as to the wine selection as well. Thinking Pinot Noir maybe?

Just fired her up.... My plan for today is a slow butt with apple wood, yard work, Adult beverages, watch golf, more beverages, and enjoy the mild temps and low humidity.. Every one enjoy your weekends !! @NPHuskerFL hope you have a comfortable day.

From at Biscuit Head in Asheville.  Fried chicken mimosa biscuit with siracha slaw and poached egg. Wow!


Shrimp and grits from Mayfel's in Asheville.  This was amazing.
