Made a big batch of chilli and ragu for pasta for our 20 year old to take to college. He's in a shared house this year and supposed to be cooking for himself, but his mum is worried he'll be living on take aways. All bagged up in portions and in the freezer.

7 pound, 11 ounce pork picnic shoulder getting close to the internal temp I want. Running old school on the large, no fancy gear, just set the top and bottom to run at 275 degrees. Smells great.
