Cut the taters and add velvetta, mayo and the bacon.. s&p....bake till crispy.

Question though, how do you put the mayo on the potatoes?
Do you just glop it on? & how much?
It's easy to sprinkle grated cheese, but I'm wondering how to try and evenly distribute the mayo.
