Pork Rib Roast - So Good!!!

The GFU is heading out of town tomorrow, so thought I'd send her off with a pork rib roast.  My ulterior motive was to build some chile verde with the leftovers.  These standing Pork Rib Roasts are available at Costco from late November thru the end of the year.  3 months later, it was every bit as good as when it went in the freezer - thanks FoodSaver,  I seasoned the 2 rib portion with Oakridge BBQ Secret Weapon, and some Habanero Death Dust.  On the medium direct at 350 for just over 45 minutes, turning half way through.  It was GREAT!!!  Unfortunately there were no leftovers - we polished it all off.
