I think I knew most of these really well, but bookmarked it just in case I need a refresher. This might be helpful for newbies who aren't familiar with the terms that are associated with brisket.

That is a great starting spot. I wish someone had shown me that kind of detail before I rued a couple of briskets trying to carve the like a roast. Good summary.
