Sunday Snow Cook...

Snowing and mixed bag precip today...

Egg has been lit and at 300 since about 9am. Doing a bunch of chicken tenders and a prime NY strip. Also, made a pot of Kale & Andouille soup inside on the stove.

No egging last night, instead I went out to a local seafood place with my BIL & SIL and had a few dozen raw Blue Point oysters

Picked up a few new toys at Cigar International yesterday as well...

Now on to today... Currently we have some heavy freezing rain. Hope the power stays on. 

Made the soup inside and egged some chicken tenders and a prime NY strip. The egg was good all day...

Hap the whole cook is straight up sexy!   Even the snow looks sexy in those pics. Makes me want to move back to the frigid Midwest.

Very nice.  I'm egging today, but yesterday it was chili on the stove due to the snow.
